No, you do not get paid. In fact the opposite is true: You pay a lot of money to go to med school.

That is a key thing WC does - pays med bills for work related injuries.
I am 13 and one day WILL be a Neurologist. You need 4 years of pre med, then you take 4 years of med school, then u need a one year internship, and at least 3 years of specialty training.
