If you are under age and don't have parental consent it's not going to happen. All shops are licensed and inspected they must follow the city bylaws and if the violate the bylaw they loose there license. They are not going to risk a license to piercer a minor. If you do fine a place that will do it they will not be licensed or inspected and the chances of you being hurt are almost assured. Seriously don't be an idiot, see a professional body piercer and a licensed facility, if you can't because you are too young, then you just need to wait like everyone else or get your parents to give there consent.

∙ 15y agoProfessional Piercing Studios will not pierce a minor without parental consent. The health units that inspect piercing studios require records and standards be maintained so the business can retain its operation license. Failure to maintain standards set by the health inspection branch can result in the facility being closed by order. Besides that why would you dare let someone stupid enough to not care about your age even touch you let alone pierce your tongue? Here are the facts, the tongue is a complex structure of muscles and tendons, (one of the strongest muscle complexes in your body) these are fed blood via arteries, one major arterie on each side of the tongue, blood returns via vains visible on the underside of the tongue. A person who attempts to pierce the tonguew and doesn't check and recheck the area prior to piercing can strike vains or artieries (veins ooz blood, arteries pump blood) major bleeding can take place to the point of bleeding out. Bleeding out is an extream loss of blood to the point the body can not maintain blood pressure and if not stopped the heart will quit pumping, death is generally a result. So as a Professional Body Piercer I would suggest you speak to your parents about what you want and do the research. Anyone who pierces without respecting age requirements is not a professional and you will risk getting hurt.
