How do you practice Lucid Dreaming?
You can practice lucid dreaming by first keeping a dream journal and recording your dreams every night. Then you can recognize a pattern that you will eventually see over time in your dreams. You might see the same person in every dream, go to a certain place often, etc. You need to also practice doing reality checks through out the day. This can be done simply by asking yourself if you are in the real world, then answering it with an explanation as to why you are in the real world. If you practice doing reality checks every day, you will train your mind to do reality checks while you are sleeping! Now when you are dreaming and you notice that certain pattern that happens in your dreams, your will realize that this isn't reality. Now you will become lucid and from there the dream is yours to control.

Once you have a dream sign when you see it in a dream you are aware your dreaming. This should help you obtain lucidity.

I've heard that calcium greatly increases certain memory functions of the brain that help remember dreams. Try drinking protein shakes before you sleep; it's been my experience that doing so causes vivid dreaming.
