I have a friend group of 7 close friends and so far 4/7 of us identify as LGBTQ+. Statistically speaking this seems impossible. I've heard about this online though, and it sounds like this is a kinda common predicament Can someone explain this to me?

Everyone is unique and has different beliefs, in some areas a certain belief is more common than other areas. And sometimes fate brings you to having friends of a certain type in an area even if its uncommon normally. So yes its very possible and very exciting. Who you are as a person will atract people who mesh well with your personality as well in most cases.
