I thought I was getting my period early, but the odd color made me wonder, and then it stopped in a couple of days. I had been pregnant before, and had implantation spotting AFTER my period was due. It wasn't a viable pregnancy and failed about 2 weeks later.

Sometimes we are lucky enough to get a period and not have the bloating and cramping associated with it. If you are bleeding and it's time for you to have your period then it is your period.
You shouldn't be having a period while pregnant. If you are experiencing bleeding and/or cramping you should contact your Dr right away or go to the ER.
