What's a subs?
If you are consuming 3200 watts your amps at 120 volts will be 26.6, at 240 volts it will be 13.3.
However I suspect I am missing some information.
Total power output (Total RMS output): 1000 watts
The equation that you are looking for is kW = Amps x Volts/1000. My average Sony audio amp at home uses about 20 watts or .02 kW at a low audio output level.
The Dual BP1204 Woofer Box should operate properly with a power amplifier rated 600 Watts Peak or more into 4 Ohms.
The 200 watts on an amplifer would refer to output if it were turned up all the way. This does not tell you how much electricity the amplifier would use. There is some power lost from heat, but we don't know just how much, from the information above.
900 running watts, 1000 surge watts
The question should be, can the two 15 inch sub-woofers handle 900 Watts? The speakers should have a power rating marked on them. If the speakers can handle 900 Watts, and they are suitably impedance matched with the amplifier, there should not be a problem.
A: No speakers are not at risk. what it maybe a risk is the amplifier if it try to drive 180 watts load. but as long as you keep the level at 10 watts output it should work fine
you would need multiple amplifiers if you were using 1000 wats of subs. two amps one on each sub should work decently.

Most power amplifiers will handle a load of 6 ohms. The spec you need to look at is the power handling of the speakers. If they are rated for 100 watts program power, then look for an amplifier rated for 100 watts RMS output. Any amplifier can be connected with adapter cables to the typical 1/8" output of your computer.

The Legacy lal 20's peak output is 120 watts(x 2) per channel.
The ratings for the speakers will depend upon what '300 watts' means. If the amplifier develops 300 watts RMS total across 4 channels, this would indicate 75 watts RMS per channel. Speakers rated at 100 watts should suffice for this amplifier.
For optimal performance, match the amplifier's power output to the rating of your subwoofer. The Rockford Fosgate 12" starts at a 150-Watt rating.
