sometimes when you dream of someone it could mean you like them or you fear them
but if you barely ever talk to the person or never talked to them well maybe you should get to know them because your dream could be a sign that you should talk to them you never know what might happen

Then again, sources have said that if you can remember the dream word for word and every little detail as it happened, there is a 1/3 chance that it will come true. It most likely means that you like the guy.
