I have got 4 DUI's in fl-can i get a drivers license or get one DUI conviction taken off my record?
even if you can, it doesn't mean you should...stay off the road
It's not clear what is being asked. If you don't honor the ticket or the mandatory court appearance, your license is probably already suspended or revoked, and will remain that way until you do something about it. If you're asking about how long the conviction stays on your drivers record - - it will ALWAYS appear on your record. Your drivers record is a PERMANENT history of your entire driving career.
You have a good track record with regards to your drivers license and if you had an accident with an expired drivers license and renewed it the next day after the accident will the insurance pay out?
If you were driving with an expired drivers license they will not insure you so if they find out you are up s--t creek. what they may do is ask you for your drivers license record up to date and then they will spot it. If you are lucky they wont. However they have not paying insurance down to a fine art.
Class e felony for driving without a license plus you are on 5 years probation will this charge stay on your record for life its been 4 years?
How many points does insurance count for suspended drivers license and how long does it stay on record with insurance company in Arizona?
The first conviction is punishable with a fine up to $200. Second conviction is punishable up to a $250 fine. And third conviction is up to a $500 fine with 3 to 6 months in jail. Also, if you are a minor you can be told that you can't get your license until age 18 or 21. AND you could have to pay a surcharge.
Would a speeding ticket received in Delaware by a driver with a Maryland drivers license result in points on the Md drivers license?
If your drivers license is suspended in Missouri can you move to Nevada and get your drivers license since Michigan is not part of interstate reciprocity program?
It depends on whether it is your first DUI or not and whether or not you are acutally convicted. If you are convicted, you will lose your license. On a first conviction, it is an automatic 90 day suspension. On a second conviction, there is a one year revocation. On a third, it is a three year revocation. I hope this information helps you!
Can you get your record expundged for the non felony conviction of hit and run so that you can get a job It was only charged as a felony because the amount of vehicle damage was over a thousand dollar?
If you are referring to your criminal record, you can apply to have it expunged of the offense - HOWEVER - whatever charge appears on your motor vehicle drivers license record is permanent. It is maintained as a running compendium of your ENTIRE driving history from the time you received your first permit.
Unsure as to what exactly is being asked -however- if the question has to do with how long a DUI conviction stays on your record - the answer is - it never goes away. Convictions for traffic/driving offenses will always remain on your record, especially your drivers record. That's what driving records are maintained for, a permanent record of your driving history and violations over your lifetime.
