I have multiple small brown spots on my lower abdomen about the size of a small piece of cereal going in a horizontal direction they're not scars of the past from ingrown hair. How can they go away?

I think this is just an early stage of "ECZEMA"..I also have this in the same spot but it also could be a type of skin cancer called "Melenoma" ...but there's a higher chance for ECZEMA it just needs to be moisturised in hand lotion and keep sun lotion on it.
