You must first delete the registry entries of the game. Access the "Run" command via start menu, it should be on the right. Into this command box you will type without quotes "regedit". When the registry window opens you will left click once on my computer. Then go to edit, find, and type the name of the game. Click ok and let it search. Every entry it finds it highlights, so be careful look at what is highlighted and delete each one. Once you finish that you need to also manually remove the main folder located in my computer>local drive C:>"program files". Just to make sure you have got everything off associated with this game run the "search wizard", the shortcut is "windows key" + "F" and again search the name of the game in "local drive C:". Well, sometimes it won't work for me, either. It just keeps loading and loading and loading, right? I think that's because they are under going maintanace (oh lordy, I cannot spell that word! But I'm too lazy to look it up c;). Anyway, I don't think it's something you can fix, unless it's been happening for some time now. If you logged into Club Penguin recently and it worked, then it's probably just the Team's fault, not yours. Just come back in an hour or so and it should work ;o
