I have swelling right behind your back left molar when you push on it yellowish puss comes out and my jaw is sore what is this?

More than likely any pus that comes out of your gum is related to an infection. If left untreated, this infection can fester and eventually undermine the strength of the bone holding the tooth in your jaw. My advice would be to see a dentist as soon as possible for an evaluation of the problem.
