ok that's weird...i guess seek help from a physician. in all my research i have never heard of anything like this. i guess it could happen if there is a hormonal inbalance. your entire life your body is sending sex hormones throughout your body, but your brain creates a hormone to nuetralize it until it is time to start puberty. maybe a hormonal inbalance prevented the nuetralizing hormone to stop producing.
