ok that's weird...i guess seek help from a physician. in all my research i have never heard of anything like this. i guess it could happen if there is a hormonal inbalance. your entire life your body is sending sex hormones throughout your body, but your brain creates a hormone to nuetralize it until it is time to start puberty. maybe a hormonal inbalance prevented the nuetralizing hormone to stop producing.

Most people start Puberty at around 12 to 13 years old but it can vary quite a lot. If you haven't hit puberty by the time you reach 17 then you should seek medical advice as hormone treatment is available to help it along.

∙ 12y agoWell, no, it isn't...usually if your over the age of 19 and still in puberty it means you started puberty later than usual, it's not bad, or harmful it's just not an everyday situation. It'll end eventually though, I'm assuming you didn't start puberty until about 15-16 years old. which is completely fine.
Everyone is different when it comes to Puberty and growing up. Whilst it is not normal to still be in Puberty at 20, it is not so unusual as to be called abnormal. Nothing to worry about then.
