Well this is a very good question. I was in the same boat as you. I was 5'8 and weighed 226lbs and has a 42 inch waist. But this summer i had a very hard job in a factory and just by dringking lots of water and working hard i lost 11 pounds the first month and i was so happy with the results that I joined a gym and did lots of running and changed my diet and now i am at at 171 and a 32 inch waist. So if you join a gym and change your diet i bet you can get down to 175lbs in 4 to 5 months, i know this may sound untrue but I am not lying you can do it.
