If you drop soap on the ground, the soap is dirty AND the floor is clean.
nay, it not one or the other.
The soap is dirty depending on the type of floor
The soap gets dirty because you don't know what could be on the floor like germs and it gets all over the soap
Neither. The sanitizer may kill some microorganisms near the place where it falls, but the ground will still be made of dirt and therefore still be dirty. The sanitizer will then soak into the ground and be diluted and dispersed, loosing its effectiveness.
It will lose its magnetic field. The vibrations made from the drop charge the electrons and make them move out of the line that they were in, this causes the magnet to lose its magnetism.
If a penny and a text book were dropped in a vacuum then they will both hit the ground at the same time. This refers to Newton's laws. If they are dropped at the same time on earth then the text book would hit the ground first.
This happens when you smash an old-fashioned mercury thermometre! The mercury spills out of the glass as it is a liquid and it also breaks up into spherical droplets at the edges, that will roll around on a hard floor and look just like ball-bearings. It does not appear to react with the floor or furniture.
To be completely honest it depends on if your floor is dirty or not. If your floor is really dirty then the sponge is dirty. but in order for your floor to be clean when u 'drop' a sponge you have to apply elbow grease to clean it.
The soap is always clean because the soap cannot get dirty. The floor doesn't get cleaned because the soap was just dropped, so it wasn't scrubbed around and wasn't able to clean it. So, I think that the soap is clean and the floor is dirty unless you have a clean floor.

Will I drop dirty on cloud 9

Don't ever drop your camera (I learned this the hard way). Also, clean the lens of the camera when it gets dirty (Not with your fingers).
Stop whatever you are doing, then lie on the floor and roll till the fire is out.
It's unhygienic. The floor that you dropped the knife on will not be clean (as in free from germs). Your jeans will also not be free from germs.
In general, where you drop it and how quickly you pick it up matter. If it dropped face down on a reasonably clean floor, pick it up quickly and you should be good. Bacteria doesn't have time to act, even if it takes you 10 seconds to pick it up. If you dropped it on sand or a dirty floor, you might want to give it up.
