No shoot that I know of. The only underwater scene I could recall her in is in the movie The Stepfather. The scene gets disrupted by the title character where she and her on screen boyfriend are forced to surface.

It should fire until the water gets inside the ammunition and degrades the gun powder. If the ammunition is well sealed against moisture then it will shoot until the barrel clogs or the action rusts.
