If God knows everything that has happened will happen and is happening then how come he created the Devil as an Angel even though he knew he was going to go against him and bring evil into the world?

God created Lucifer,so isn't He really At Fault for his sin? No. God has given all of his intelligent creation a freedom of choice. If God chose not to make Lucifer because of Lucifer's sins,he,that is God, would have to go against His own principles of allowing free choice. In the same vein,God created all of us even though the majority of us choose not to follow Him. He created us anyway and permitted us to choose because He delights in freedom of choice for all of His intelligent creation.
Ezek:33:11: Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
He has given us all a choice of righteousness, and eternal life;or sin, and everlasting death.
