It won't affect the lender's lien position but their policy. Most lenders won't close the loan if the bankruptcy has not been discharged. If you have been given the discharged paper, you can give a copy of it to the lender and the title company so that they have it in their records.

How do you remove a home loan from you credit report after bankruptcy it was listed on Bankruptcy.?

Bankruptcy information (and other legal actions like judgments) may stay on a credit report for up to ten years after the fact. If your credit report still reflects a bankruptcy after ten years, create a dispute/update request with the associated credit reporting company and include proof that the bankruptcy is older than ten years old (the state record of the original date of bankruptcy action is typically all of the proof one needs). Negative items (including home loans that may have been forgiven) may stay on your credit report for up to seven years after the occurrence, regardless of bankruptcy status. Similar to the process above, if there is negative information on your credit report after seven years, one can request an update/modification of the credit report by providing appropriate proof.

How much money can you make owning your own insurance company?

Simplistically, the profit of an insurance company is the premium less the claims and expenses associated with running the company plus the investment income. As a practical matter these components are subject to a number of factors ranging from accounting rules, regulatory rules, rating agency requirements, tax laws, lines of business written, the use and cost of reinsurance, the geographic profile in which the business is located, and litigation environment to name a few. For that reason it is difficult to answer the question without a clear understanding of these variables. One way to answer the question is to simply look at the income statement of any insurance company, (or a group of insurance companies), that fairly represents the type of insurance you would write and and territory in which you would propose to operate. By looking at the net operating income which includes investment income, the income statement indicates the amount of income that would accrue to the owner(s) of the insurance company. Perhaps a better measure than the absolute amount of profit, is the return on equity, since earning $10 Million on equity of $100 Million is arguably more desirable than earning the same amount on $1 Billion. Looking at insurance industry statistics for the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry as a whole for examples reflects a fairly marginal rate of return(http:/wwwzperiodzisozperiodzcom/ResearchzhyphenzandzhyphenzAnalyses/Overview/StudieszhyphenzandzhyphenzWhitepaperszperiodzhtml). On an individual company basis, however, some perform much better than others on a consistent basis.

If you declared bankruptcy can a creditor continue to mark your report as a charge off even after the date of your bankruptcy?

The account will or should be changed to read "included in bankruptcy". It will still however remain on the report until the seven year time limit expires. However, the account is charged off for the amount that wasn't collected and reporting that would be proper too. (Charge off is how the creditor reflects that you didn't pay and he had a loss on the account...that it was by bankruptcy makes no difference...actually worse).
