Back, then forward, then back. Often called whiplash.
The catcher, and behind the catcher is the Umpire.
What matters is where the ball is when any part of your body besides your foot or hand touch the ground. Or if you get caught and pushed back, it's the point of maximum forward progress, on the theory that the play ended when you started to be pushed backwards.
Answering "Pulling out of a parking lot onto a street and you have to back up to avoid on coming car and the car behind you hits you who is at fault?"
They don't. If you have thick bones you can play as a forward or if your skinny and have small bones you can as a back, everyone winns
what u wanna do is your gonna half ollie but when ur tail hits the ground u scoop your back foot back and w/ ur front foot u give a little push forward and jump forward.
This can be explained with Newton's First Law of motion, Inertia. An object in motion tends to stay in motion until a force acts on it. When you are walking, your entire body is moving forward. But if your toe hits an object, only it will stop. So the rest of your body will continue moving forward until you stop yourself. (hopefully before you hit the ground)
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. When something hits you from behind that is travelling even slightly faster then you, the energy comming from all of the 4000lbs in motion that hit you is transfered into your car. Your car lurches forward transfering some of that energy into your body. A body at rest stays at rest. Your head was stationary until your body lurched forward with the rest of your car. Your head has to catch up to the rest of your body and you end up damaging the soft tissue in and around your head neck and shoulders. Get hit hard enough and you can break your neck. If your head is against the head rest, the head rest will move your head forward at the same time as the rest of your body is moved forward by the seat. This will keep your head from snapping backwards.
There are two bolts behind your seat. Use a socket to remove the bolts. Lean your seat all the way back because the front of your seat is like a hinge. Tilt the whole seat forward and when it hits your steering wheel, lift up. Your seat should come out.
if your in reverse your wrong
The tuck rule applies when a quarterback starts a throwing motion and then decides not to throw and attempts to 'tuck' the ball back into his body to keep possession. Should the quarterback lose control of the ball while in the tucking motion and the ball hits the ground, the play is considered an incomplete pass as opposed to a fumble. The tuck rule is defined in Rule 3, Section 21, Article 2, Note 2 of the NFL Official Rules and is defined below:"When a player is holding the ball to pass it forward, any intentional forward movement of his hand starts a forward pass, even if the player loses possession of the ball as he is attempting to tuck it back toward his body. Also, if the player has tucked the ball into his body and then loses possession, it is a fumble."
