yes ...however, your WC policy should reflect the other state(s) under "Other States" on the declarations page (the one with your business name, coverage amount and premium, etc.) where your employees travel to and through, because they have the option to file a claim in those states INSTEAD of Michigan. There should be no charge to amend your policy if the declarations doesn't show "all except monopolistic" or similarly reflect that your coverage extends to other states when your employees occasionally work out . However, if you have employees who regularly work in other states, you should discuss this with your agent - it might even save you money to rate those employees in other states.
