If a guy tells you goodbye to you but not your friends which are right next to you what can it mean if most of the day he ignores you expect during the only class you share?

It probably means that he likes you, but he might be embarrassed or ashamed to be seen w/ you around his friends. I really think you should ditch this guy b/c if he wants to have a secret relationship w/ you, then he probably doesn't like you for who you are.
