The major axis minus twice the distance at perihelion gives a distance of about 34.426 AU between foci. 35.6 AU is to 15 cm as 34.4 AU is to x cm. This gives about 14.49 cm as the proportional distance between foci with the major axis scaled down to 15 cm.
