It will eventually come back out, one way or another. Even if it gets "stuck" up inside, it will eventually be expelled by the monthly menstrual cycle flow, or when the precious woman or girl, depending on age, (remember statutorily in most of the USA, under 18 = girl, over 18 = woman) thoroughly bathes or douches herself.
