"What we're saying today is that you're either part of the solution or you're part of the problem."
― Eldridge Cleaver
There are many people who believe that if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. These people believe that if you don't do anything to stop a problem you are just adding to the resistance to solve it.
Be part of the solution.
A big part of the solution to solving the water crisis problem is filtering water to remove salt. Another solution is recycling water.

We can all enjoy Understanding The Phrase: "If You are not a part of the Solution, You are a part of the Problem".
Basically, it refers to character disorder, where a person blames everything and everybody else for a problem rather than take some of the responsibility themselves. So if we accept some of the responsibility for the problem, we are part of the solution. If each of us did this more, the problem would be eradicated.
It means the same as don't be a part of the problem, be a part of the solution. Just stop what you are doing once a problem is discovered and start looking for a solution, dont keep acting as if everything is fine.
While Eldridge Cleaver is often cited as having coined this phrase in a 1968 speech, Charles Rosner, a renowned advertiser and marketer from the 60s through the 90s, actually wrote "If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem" for VISTA as a recruitment slogan in 1967.
if youre a guy and you want to be a girl just go to the doctor and ask them to change youre boyish private part into a girlish private part.
In various forms this was an oh-so-trendy saying in the 1960s. In my experience the preferred version was: 'If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem'.
