Yes, if you are good by God's measure, not by man's! You only attain heaven by the narrow gate, the hard road (Matthew 7:13-14); by taking up your cross daily and following Christ (Matthew 16:24-26). And remember the rich young man who asks Our Blessed Lord what He must do to be saved (Matthew 19:16-22).
Although this is found throughout the Gospels, our Blessed Lord constantly telling us that we must be good to enter heaven, and can only do that by following Him, He finishes by telling us how we are going to be judged, by what we DO: Matthew 25:31-46.

∙ 7y agoI think there will be no good people in heaven. The people who are in heaven will be the people who are trusting in Jesus Christ as their saviour, their righteousness. The Bible says no person is "good " enough to go to heaven.
"God puts people right through their faith in Jesus Christ. God does this to all who believe in Christ, because there is no difference at all: everyone has sinned and is far away from God's saving presence. But by the free gift of God's grace all are put right with him through Christ Jesus, who sets them free". -- Romans 3:22,23,24
Yeah, Of course in each and every religious have thoughts of good and bad thing and their rewards.
So if you are doing a good thing then you will get heaven against it's reward in Heaven and the other hand if you are doing a bad thing then you will get punishment in Hell against whatever you have done.
