Honestly, your chances are fairly slim of gaining entrance to an Ivy League school; that's just the reality of fierce competition. However, your odds will be greatly increased if your community college academic record is outstanding and you have a solid record of extracurricular activities, ideally in organizations geared to make a difference in the community and showing you possess leadership skills. Good luck.
The trick is this, find a public university that is very good, academically, that you like in a state you would want to live in, (like UCLA / Berkeley, UVA, etc.) then move there and enter the community college system in that state. Most public university systems give preference to transfer students from their own state. I had mediocre grades in high school and dropped out of a 4-year university, but later moved to CA and went to City College, worked very diligently and got great grades, now I'm at UCLA. It can be done! Good Luck!
