Unfortunately, this is a (potentially) medically disqualifying condition. However, the doctor at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS)will make that determination. Your local recruiter can have your medical records for this condition prescreened by the doctor at the MEPS for you to find a preliminary ruling in your particular situation.
Typically, the answer would be no. However, it may be possible to receive an entrance waiver. Your local US Army recruiter could advise you better on this.

The DoD uses a screening test that will confirm your use of THC if your urine contains over 50 nanograms per milliliter of urine. If you test negative you pass, the test goes no further. If you test positive via this screening test your urine is then sent thru a mass spectrometer which will confirm your use of THC if your urine contains more than 15 nanograms of THC.
