When you sync it with your computer you can delete it from iTunes
If you remove the music from iTunes library, the next time you sync your ipod, it should remove the music.
You can sync your iPhone to iTunes to transport music, pictures, videos, etc.

There are steps to this, but basically you Sync the photos from a folder on your computer to the file in your iTunes program. Look around at the header if you have the newest iTunes, it should have a button that says "Sync Photos"
Install iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes It is freely available software from Apple. Once installed, you can add music, videos and photos into iTunes library. After that, you can connect your iPod and sync it with iTunes. That's it. Easy and simple :)
Go into iTunes and click on your device. Then there will be a tab that says music and check Sync All and then click sync at the bottom :)
After you buy the music in the itunes store you have to sync it.
Plug your iPod into your computer, iTunes should pop up, if not, click on the iTunes icon on your pc screen. Once it comes up click on my device (your ipod) Then on top, not the very top, there should be a bar that says, summary, apps, music and all that, click on photos.
