NO! Do not install a larger fuse than what was OE. It is blowing the fuse for a reason. Have it repaired, especially if this fuse controls the SRS, which I do not think it does. The reason that that fuse blows is a bad rear wiper motor. You can do one of 2 things. Either disconnect the motor inside the liftgate if you don't care if the wiper works, or replace the motor assembly(about $50 from any auto parts store). I replaced the motor so that the wiper would be functional. But the reason that the fuse blows if most likely the motor has a short in it. I found out that there was a problem with that happening on that year Grand Caravan. To check if it is indeed the motor and not the wiring, simply disconnect the connector at the motor and switch the rear wiper on-if the fuse still blows, you know that the problem is in the wiring or the switch, if it does not blow, you know that the problem is in the motor.
