Having sore or tender breasts does not always mean that the person is pregnant. When I first started going through puberty at age 12, I would notice that my breasts would become sore or tender before, during, or sometimes after my period would start. Most females go through a growing period which often causes soreness. If you and your girlfriend are sexually active and hooping to become pregnant, maybe you both might be in luck, depending on your current situation.
This could be due to hormonal changes and/or could be related to your "time of the month." If the pain is severe, please go see a doctor. Tenderness is usually nothing to worry about but you should not be experiencing *pain.*
Having sore boobs does not mean you're pregnant, but sore boobs are a symptom of pregnancy. You boobs could be sore all over, in just places, and sometimes sore and sometimes not. because they are filling with milk for the new baby
Has someone been rough with them? If so, stop the rough play until they heal. Could it be an uncomfortable bra? Again, don´t wear it anymore if that is the case. Or maybe not wearing a bra has allowed your shirt to rub against your nipples all day, making them sore. If so, find a comfortable bra that will protect your nipples. If it is none of those, make an appointment with your doctor or gynocologist.
If your younger, like in your teens, it might be because your boobs are growing. Other wise you might be pregnate. When your pregnate your boobs might feel sore and you should see a doctor just to make sure.
Your body is going through a stage of change when you are pregnant. It could be that your milk glands are producing milk for the baby when it is ready to feed. You did not mention how many months pregnant you are so I cannot tell you much more. Too much milk built up can hurt, but I am not convinced it is the reason for the pain. Have a discussion with your doctor about your concern. They are professionals who know much more about this than I do.
Here is an excellent resource for you.
