For starters if she is pregnant, you should really try talking her into seeing a OBGYN for her sake and the babies. Not to sound point blank.....As far as the lying goes, isn't this something you should ask her. Has she tried things like this in the past? And maybe this is your fear of a serious relationship or the fear of becoming a parent.
