There is no correct size that it is supposed to be. Different boys start puberty at different ages and they can also go through the various changes involved in puberty in different orders. Before puberty the average size of a boy's erect penis would probably be close to 1 inch. The average length of an adult's erect penis is 6 to 7 inches. rember though that averages are just that and some boys (or men) will have smaller or longer penises than the average. So any size between les than 1 inch and 7 or more inches would be perfectly normal depending on your age and what stage of puberty you were at.
