As big as it is. Everyone is different so don't bother about how big other boys are, just be happy with what you have. At thirteen you still have some growing to do anyway so it'll likely get bigger.

This is a complicated question. How old is the teenager in question? How far into puberty is he? Not to mention the fact that there is no generic penis size; everyone is going to vary in both length and girth. Anyone who tells you that your penis should be eight inches or more or you're too small is misleading you. Any teenager who tells you that his penis is nine inches or longer is probably lying (teens tend to favor the "12-inch wonder" and will often say that their penis is around a foot long. Trust me, I've heard it many times). One thing teenage boys love to do is make each other, including their friends, suffer, and this is exactly the type of motivation that leads teens to lie about such things. Any time a teenage male tells you how big his penis is, if it's more than seven inches, please disregard his information.

As a teenager, you should not have to worry about how big your penis is. Some teens develop sooner than others. However, should you choose to disregard my advice, please be advised that the average penis size is around 6 inches long. Remember that you are still developing and that the penis continues to grow until around age 21. Seriously though, there is no need to fret. Hating your penis size before it is fully developed is similar to hating what you got for Christmas before opening your presents.

There is no actual size that it should be, every single person is different mate, im 16 and my penis is 17 CM, my girlfriend is happy with it and you know what, that's all that matters is that you are too. Having a big penis isn't the be all and end all of everything mate, it actually is how you use it, although that sounds stupid. My girlfriend almost cums just by me touching her body right, so don't think between your legs, and she wont either :)
