Im on the implant 3 weeks on my period stoped for 2 days thought i was back on 2 weeks during the time i was on i started to feel sick and still do stomach cramps and boobs bigger food cravings help?

btw i didnt come back on it looked like it was only a little bit of spotting... i start to feel sick when i smell somthing that's too poant like mens perfume, beer, anything that didnt ust to bother me.. only had cravings for the past 2 days but stomach craps been happening for a week on n off my boyfriend noticed they got bigger witch isn't normal for him to notice am i just worrying?
