7 years pld
I tried to get my pa to ride in the booster seat because he is gettin' kinda short in his old age but he just refuses. You think your 5-year old is stubborn? You ain't never dealt with pa.
you must be in 1 until your are at least 4'10 or 16 years old with a license
Depends how tall they are is my opinion but sorry i don't know where pa is but I'm 9
10,11 or 12..... maybe but adult's aloud
12 and anyway just look in google.
Your best bet is to contact your local law enforcement agency and they will provide the details for you as each state is different and the laws could be in the process of changing.
acording to law (pa anyway) you must be 8 or older and weigh at least 75 pounds
you have to be age 4 to stop using a car seat. If the child is larger than average then you could probebly get away with a llittle bit younger.
Washington PA is 1 hour south of Pittsburg PA. Washington (city) is the county seat of Washington County PA.
Every age can sit in the front of any car any where in PA. Age 0-7 need to be in a booster. Ages above do not need one.
I believe that in Ontario you have to be 13 or older to sit in the passenger seat. some people say that it depends on how tall you are but I do not think so because you could be short but you are 15.
Minimum of age 8 AND 4'9". The car seat belt must fit snuggly across the child's hips with both feet on the floor and the shoulder belt must not be cutting into their neck. Some 8 yr olds are this tall, but most are not. The size of the child is the most important factor.
