u use the lift key to access the lift in the team rocket hideout which is located in the game center in celedon city.to open team rocket's hideout push the button behind the lift.hope that helps :-)

∙ 13y agoIn the rocket hideout you will need to find a lift key in order to operate the elevator, one of the rocket grunts on Basement Floor 3 has the key you must defeat him in a battle and he will accidentally drop the key grab it and head for the elevator then you can use the key to move the elevator down to the last floor that way you can defeat the team rocket boss!
