hello, you can evolve Pokemon after you beat the game. then after you will graduate from the guild. you will find luminous spring. the hero Pokemon and partner cant evolve because of a "distortion" in space. though team members can evolve. after you beat pre ending and pro ending you will be able to evolve your partner and hero. Hope this helped!
