You need a copy of Pokemon LeafGreen inserted into the DS. Then catch wild Elikids. They have a chance of holding an elecralizer. (In diamond, 5% chance, Pearl, a 50-50 chance). Then trade an electabuzz holding one, and it will evolve.

∙ 12y agoWell, you have to go to the safarizone and use area customization and put the Forest right in front of the entrance, then use ocject placement. Put 4 items that attract pokemon from the Rocky areas in sort of a square, then go to the grass in the top left and youll find an electabuzz at level 41 eventually.

∙ 13y agoyou can get electabuzz in the safari zone with about 3 water blocks. you can evolve it fron elekid at lvl.30. elikid is found on the surburan area pokewalker route
