On Pokemon emerald how do you get in cave of origin?

After beating the twin leaders in mossdeep gym you go to sotopolis city and do alot of things that team aqua leader asks you to do and volia! after you done these favors you can go inside the cave of orgin and find groudon!!!!

The answer depends what game it is. If it is Ruby or Sapphire it is in the back of Sootopolis city. If Emerald then you have to wait till you beat the elite four then go to the weather facility and he will tell you.

You get into the cave of origin in the time of crisis when Kyogre and Groudon are going to have their battle. After you help and Rayquaza comes and ends that battle for good, the old man in Sootopolis closes the cave of origin for good. You can really get into it only once.
