In Warhammer 40k an access point is where models enter/exit a vehicle or building.
Read the codex
Points values in Warhammer 40,000 are used to determine how effective a particulat miniature is on the field of battle. These points are used to determine the total size of the army, usually limited to values like 500, 1000, 1500, 1600, 2000, 2500 etc. depending on the size of the game being played. Troop units range in value from 4 to 20 points, tanks between 50 and 250, special characters 100 and more.
In codex space marines under heavy support
Like any other game, the point of Warhammer is to have fun. It is a table top turn-based strategy game which uses a set of rules, figurines, statistic, and dice rolling to play out fantasy battles. There are many aspects to the hobby aside from the gaming; painting, literature, modding, collecting.
Answer15 Points
Points in warhammer 40k are based on how good a person is. An HQ unit is better than the normal people of the army and is therefor more points. you also add points to things to give them better weapons or special powers.
Any number, so long as they don't equal more than 25% of the force in points (so 500 for a 2000 point army).
No boots are allowed past this point would be best. Or for a sign: no boots past this point.
Spider Riders are 13 points a piece, and come with a spear and shield. You can give them a short bow for an additional point.
