Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw are still quarreling, so Squirrelflight and Ashfur have gotten quite close. Brambleclaw is secretly jealous at losing his almost-mate's affection, though he doesn't want anyone to see it. Towards the end, Leafpool runs away to be with Crowfeather, so Squirrelflight is depressed. The badgers attack the camp, and Cinderpelt is killed delivering Sorreltail's kits. Leafpool is upset and grieves for her mentor, and Squirrelflight grieves alongside her. There is also some hope that Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw reunite.

Yes they will but they do not have kits. Brambleclaw thinks Squirrelflight has Hollykit, Jaykit, and Lionkit but Squirrelflight was just keeping a secret for her sister, Leafpool. Those kits are actually Leafpool and Crowfeather's kits. Leafpool is the medicine cat so she is not allowed to have kits but she did.

No. Brambleclaw felt hurt when he found out Squirrelflight was not Lionblaze's, Jayfeather's and Hollyleaf's mother. He felt as she could not trust him, resulting him most likely hating her.I thought they were really good together and its not her fault she was helping her sister and then hollyleaf ruined it. So I'm pretty sure that brambleclaw is mad at her but I dont think he hates her.it's unknown, but probably not, i think because they never really had kits...yes but they don't have kits.

It is unknown. I think that, even though Brambleclaw now hates Squirrelflight, they are still technically mates, whethere they like it or not. I think Brambeclaw would feel betrayed, but i think he still loves Squirrelflight deep down.
