I.e. difference between two different velocities.

C is ussally the symbol used to denote the velocity of light.
Normally its a lowercase c, as in E=m(c)2. Energy=mass times the speed of light squared.
Assuming simple linear motion, then speed would be measured in meters per second. (or kilometres per hour, or similar.)The symbol c is often used for velocity ; shorthand for celerity.

Yes, the company Saturn has a symbol. The symbol Saturn was from a Roman God , and is the symbol for a sickle.

Generally referred to as velocity, the symbol is v.
usually omega, it looks like a curvy w
In science the symbol that is used to represent speed is a lowercase v for velocity. Remember that an objects velocity is a vector. It has a magnitude and a direction. Velocity is most commonly given units of m/s.

The lowercase Greek letter "omega" is often used - it looks like a rounded "w". (When this symbol is used, angular velocity is usually specified in radians per second.)The lowercase Greek letter "omega" is often used - it looks like a rounded "w". s/e/x or vo or vi depending on the text and teacher
"v" is short for velocity. Now, "velocity" is not exactly the same as "speed" (velocity includes the direction - in other words, it is a vector), so it may be a misnomer in some cases. I believe "s" is avoided because the symbol is often used for distances.
