Can you divorce on harvest moon animal parade?

If you mean Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life Special Edition for the PS2, then yes.

But you only get one opportunely to do it. During the cut scene at the start of the second chapter your wife will ask about the farm. Keep saying you don't care and she will take your child and leave forever.

The game ends and you lose if this happens though.

You do get one opportunity to have your wife leave you. At the beginning cut scene of the second chapter she will mention the farm might not be doing well. If you repeatedly say you don't care she will get angry. She takes the child and leaves forever. But this ends the game. There is no way to get a divorce and continue playing.
