Mind control device. Shoot them and you can saddle them up and ride them!
Some animals are automatically tame to start with, and I believe the mind control device also works on people. If the mind control device doesn't work, however, make virus and drop it on a person or some animals, and they'll fall down sick.
Actually, there are four ways to tame a wild animal.
1.) Type in "MIND CONTROL DEVICE" and shoot anything hostile (I think it works on people too.)
2.) I haven't tried this, but type in "VIRUS" and drop is on an animal or person.
3.) Feed the hostile animal (It only works on animals I think.) and it will fall asleep. When it wakes up, it'll be friendly.
4.) Type in "URANIUM" and drop it on anything hostile. It will make any animal friendly to you, but make a person a zombie sort of thing.
