How do you get the keys to unlock the gate to get out the city on Spyro dawn of the dragons?

depends on which 'keys' you are talking about.

But I assume you mean the keys in the ruins of Warfang so... you just take the wind tunnels around, they lead to the keys, but there is some challenge every time you get to a key. You might have to defeat an enemy that takes the key, or light torches... There are four keys.

This one's tricky! use Cynder's shadow to get under the gate located to the right of where the skeletons come out of and pulls the lever. Spyro uses lightning on the wall piece long enough until half his Mana (hope that's the right word) is empty. Cynder then jumps onto the vine to the left and onto the statue right above. Spyro then flies toward the opposite statue to put both together (key and keyhole).
