Abraham had two grand sons Jacob and Esau from Isaac. He also had twelve grandsons from Ishmael and several more from the sons of his third wife Keturah. In all likelihood he also had many granddaughters but these were not recorded in the Bible.

No. The Bible only mentions the three sons in one sentence. It does not say that they were born as twins or triplets and the Bible is explicit when twins or triplets exist (see Jacob and Esau).
