∙ 10y agoRini (Chibiusa in Japanese) first meets Pegasus in episode 121 of the Sailor Moon English dub, titled "Dreams Take Flight" (episode 128, "Meeting of Fate! The Night when Pegasus Flies" in the original Japanese). However, this is only in a dream.
In episode 128 of the dub "A Teacher's Lesson," Rini refuses the lure of becoming Pegasus' master from one of Tiger's Eye's Remless, and at the end of the episode, is trusted enough by Pegasus to receive the Stallion Rêve, with which she can communicate with Pegasus privately.
As Pegasus is a central character in the fourth season of the anime, it's possible that you're thinking of another episode completely, but "found" is a very general word, and Rini could be said to have "found" Pegasus in some form or another at multiple points throughout the season.
