Eastern Religions tend to be either Polytheistic, or not have much interest in the Nature of God. Their Gods may have less authority. Questions about God are not given the same significance and importance, in their belief system. Still all religions serve the same basic human requirement. Humans need to understand and organize their world into something meaningful. The study of science can also provide a similar kind of understanding.
