Humidity can be directly measured by forced condensation either by pressurized or reduce the temperature and measure the water content directly. Alternative to direct measurement, humidity can be measure using air electro-conductivity since presence of water would increase the conductivity so it could interpret the conductivity to water content.
It is meaured with an instrument called a Psychometer
The kind of graph you would use for measuring hummidity is a bar graph.
A hygrometer measures relative humidity, as does the more commonly used psychrometer.
Hygrometers are used to measure humidity
A Psychrometer or a hygrometer.
A hygrometer is used to measure humidity.
A+ Radiosonde
Barometer (barometric pressure) Thermometer (temp) & rain guage (amt of rainfall in inches)
Relative humidity expresses a percentage of humidity in the air to the maximum amount of humidity that could be in the air. For example: when the temperature rises the air will be able to hold much more humidity so the relative humidity will drop.
When the relative humidity reaches 100%, the dew point and air temperature are exactly the same and the weather is extremely humid and it is possible that it will be raining
Climate is a weather pattern that occurs in an area over many years, where as weather is a day to day occurrence which can differ depending on the humidity, relative humidity, precipitation percentages and temperature.

A weather vane is an instrument for measuring wind direction
The elements of weather includes temperature, relative humidity and percipitation
There are many tools used in recording and forecasting the weather. For example an anemometer Anemometer, an instrument for measuring wind speed. A hygrometer is used in determining the humidity of the atmosphere. The thermometer is for measuring temperature.

Weather forecasters speak of humidity as a comparison of the amount of moisture compared to the air temperature.
relative humidity?
Air humidity measurements are based on the water content of the air, expressed as volume percentage: Relative Humidity = percentage of saturation at a given temperature Absolute Humidity = percentage of water in the air, regardless of saturation or temperature. The humidity that is talked about in weather reports, is relative humidity.
