I was looking at ads for 2001 Ford Rangers
In ( 20 ) ads
( 6 ) were getting close to 100,000 miles
( 1 ) was almost 175,000 miles
( 13 ) were between 27,000 miles and 78,000 miles
I've always heard that a good estimate is 10.000 to 12,000 miles per year. Based on these estimates, normal mileage for a 2001 Ranger would be 80,000 to 96,000. 100,000 miles does not seem unreasonable since we are near the end of 2009.
