yes absolutely.why? because you are not suppose to take sugar at all. you should run away from it completely. At this point sugar is dangerous for your health. There are some number of diabetic diet plan,you need to follow such plan

Depends just how diabetic you are. You'd be best off getting a blood sugar meter (glucometer) from any drugstore and testing your blood sugar just before eating 6 grams of sugar, then an hour later, then another hour after that.

The target numbers are:

Before eating: 100 mg/dL

1 hour after : 140 mg/dL

2 hours after: 120 mg/dL

If your numbers are much higher than this, or they don't drop down within two hours to 120mg/dL, then yes, 6g is too much for you and you should eat less sugar or take more insulin.
